Since this is a MMORPG, you are not the only player. You should keep in mind, that there are many people who think different then you do.
To help to prevent misunderstandings and fights, please follow these rules.

The etiquette in this game:
- Be Polite.
- Respect other players, there shouldn't be any Harassment or Racism - aka Keep it friendly.
- Dropped items might be Free For All, but sometimes somebody just wants to show someone else a item. Ask before you just pick up stuff.
- If there is a big pile of Loot, that has low requirements (usually <= 15 STR) it might be for New Players. You can have it, but don't pick it up just for selling it to a vendor.
- When you want to ignore someone, tell them that you did, since there is no notification (this can be done by clicking the key button in the left panel).
- Dont do something to someone else, that you would not like to experience on yourself.
- If you need help, ask, but don't beg.
If you still got any problems, ask a Guide or a Dev to help.
Looting Rights
Due to the existence of looting rules that allow corpses to only be looted by people/guild/party that did sufficient damage to said monster, the only items that need sorted out are artifacts. Most people use Dice, dropped by Chests in the Shamnorwood Garden, to decide who gets to keep artifacts.
Etiquette for the Stone Abyss
The Crystals are for maintaining the shields of the Stone Golem. If any crystals of one color are destroyed, the shield will turn off. Whenever a different colored crystal is kicked, there is a 33,3% chance, that a crystal of the color from the Stone Golem will respawn. When that happens, the shields will be reactivated.
To prevent, that these crystals respawn while someone tries to kill a golem, don't kick any crystals until you are sure that there is no one in the dungeon (you can ask globally if somebody is in a Dungeon) or that the Stone Golem already has activated shields.
Most People will react badly if you just kick the crystals without reason and probably kill you.
Etiquette for Cricket Cave
If someone is running Cricket Cave, and you're not a part of the group involved, don't go into the treasure rooms and take what's lying around. People also aren't very receptive to you picking the chests in such a situation, either.
